PowerFactory V14.0 b514 released

Continuing the approximately monthly release cycle for new builds, DIgSILENT GmbH released PowerFactory b514. As usual with new builds there are several enhancements over previous versions. The new build can be downloaded from the support website at www.digsilent.de/_support/.
